Firestone Complete Auto Care

Ms. Ellen and Mr. Johnathan were both extremely helpful in helping me to determine what service I needed through inspection and completion. More than a good job on the car, they both made me feel extremely confident in their service. 10/10 recommend. also extremely efficient AFTER i was late for my scheduled appointment.

I was able to get my vehicle in and serviced immediately. Ellen, Tracy, Lavon and Jonathan were amazing. Tracey pushed some things around to get us looked at quicker so we can get back on the road. Ellen was amazingly informational and helpful on letting us know what could get fixed now and what could be fixed later. Lavon was an amazing mechanic and got it done quickly. Jonathan checked us in and was helpful on getting us pushed up to be next.

Ellen at the front desk is really personable and helpful, Lavon and other mechanics got my car fixed in about 24 hours and I got 15% off everything. The Firestone app is useful to make appts on. Will be coming back for any car needs as of right now and will update this review with how the car repairs hold up.

Such a great location & nice staff! We needed to replace one of the tires on our cars and they made it super easy to come by, drop it off, then text us when to come pick it up. It was all done within a hour, as promised, on a Sunday afternoon. If you're in a bind, reach out to them!

We drove straight from Oklahoma to New Orleans. On arrival, we had a nail in our tire. Firestone was close by so we drove right over. Tracy and her staff took great care of us. We were up and running the next day and we even had wonderful advice on restaurants and sites to see! We would highly recommend and are grateful to them!!
